Key Responsibilities

CDP Roadmap & Vision: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and

roadmap for our CDP, aligned to company goals and customer needs.

Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Customer

Success, and external partners to ensure alignment and effective delivery.

Voice of the Customer: Deeply understand user personas (dealers/OEMs), pain

points, data workflows, and market trends to inform product decisions.

Product Design & Requirements: Translate market/user insights into clear product

requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.

Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure CDP meets security, privacy, and

regulatory (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) requirements.

Performance Measurement: Define KPIs, monitor adoption, and iterate to deliver

measurable business and customer value.

Go-to-Market: Collaborate in launch, enablement, and success of new features

with Marketing, Sales, and Support.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide associate/junior product managers.

Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years in SaaS product management, with 3+ years leading CDP,

CRM, or data infrastructure products (Automotive SaaS strongly preferred).

Expertise: Deep understanding of CDP concepts: identity resolution, data

integration, segmentation, analytics, data privacy, API ecosystems.

Technical Acumen: Adept at working with data teams (ETL, data lakes, cloud

platforms) and understanding technical tradeoffs.

Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive retail/OEM data flows, dealership

management systems (DMS) is a plus.

Stakeholder Management: Proven track record interfacing with customers, sales,

and engineering teams.

Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and documentation

skills.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with product-led growth (PLG) models. Background in B2B enterprise SaaS platforms. Prior experience with scaling data products in regulated industries.
