About The Role
Lenovo India is looking for an experienced Affordability Program Manager to lead and scale consumer affordability initiatives across online and offline channels. The role will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing end-customer financing and promotional programs that drive conversion, increase attach rates, and enhance customer acquisition while ensuring profitability and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in consumer financing, banking partnerships, retail commerce, financial planning, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage all consumer affordability programs including EMI, cashback, exchange, and warranty offers across online and offline channels. Develop affordability strategies that drive conversion, sales growth, and customer acquisition for Lenovo's consumer business. Manage budgets for financing programs and ensure efficient allocation of promotional investments. Prepare financial forecasts and evaluate the impact of affordability initiatives on sales, profitability, and market share. Track and analyze offer performance, financing penetration, and attach rates across products and sales channels. Identify program inefficiencies, misuse, and leakage, and implement corrective actions to improve ROI. Manage relationships and commercial engagements with key financial and operational partners. Collaborate with leading banks to drive cashback funding, EMI offers, and joint promotional campaigns. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, E-commerce, and Category teams to execute affordability programs and support product launches. Generate actionable insights through performance reporting and recommend new affordability solutions to enhance Lenovo's competitive position in the market.
