About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Campus Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Bangalore. The role involves managing campus hiring activities, building relationships with colleges, coordinating recruitment drives, and ensuring a smooth candidate hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with colleges, universities, and placement teams for campus hiring.
Build and maintain relationships with TPOs, placement coordinators, and college SPOCs.
Plan and coordinate campus recruitment drives, both virtual and offline.
Source and screen candidates as per business requirements.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, documentation, and offer rollouts.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Achieve assigned hiring targets within defined timelines.
Support employer branding activities and campus engagement initiatives.
Eligibility & Skills
Graduate in any discipline.
1-2 year of recruitment experience; freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
Prior experience in campus recruitment will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
