CA Industrial Trainee

Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Trainee to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and foreign payments, along with strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large data sets. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:Handle GST filings, reconciliation, and compliance activities and at least 1 year in taxationPrepare TDS calculations, deductions, returns, and related documentationHandle processes related to foreign remittances and cross-border payments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsWork extensively on Excel to analyze, consolidate, and report financial dataMaintain and update financial records and documentationCollaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide necessary supportAssist in internal and statutory auditsPrepare and present reports, summaries, and reconciliations as requiredCommunicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies

Qualifications and Skills:Pursuing CA, ICWA, or other professional finance qualification – completion of IPCC or equivalent is preferredBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CA Industrial Trainee is an added advantage.Prior internship or training experience in finance/taxation is an advantageSolid knowledge and working experience with GST, TDS, Zoho Books and foreign payments,Proficient in Microsoft Excel – including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and large data set handlingStrong analytical skills and attention to detailEffective communication skills – fluency in English and Hindi (written and verbal)Ability to work independently and in a team environmentEagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities
