Join our Production Planning and Materials Management team as a Business Process Expert and play a key role in driving process excellence and digital transformation across our operations. By harmonizing processes, advancing data management practices, and supporting the adoption of innovative digital solutions, you will contribute to creating efficient and scalable business processes that enable better health for more people. Based in Bangalore, India, you will collaborate with global stakeholders to shape the future of Production Planning and Materials Management through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities
Facilitate Data and Process Management programs and initiatives for Production Planning and Materials Management from concept through implementation Document business inputs and prepare process requirements for internal Data and Process Management Centers of Excellence and Competency Centers Support process management activities throughout the development lifecycle and ensure delivered solutions meet defined standards and KPIs Conduct assessments to identify and evaluate internal digital assets, capabilities, and organizational strengths Explore emerging digital technologies and support the digital future of Sartorius with a strong focus on customer needs Support configuration requirements, integration decisions, and technology-driven process improvements within Production Planning and Materials Management
What Will Convince Us
Academic degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing large-scale projects in a digital environment Technical background or working knowledge of software development processes and tools is an advantage General knowledge of Production Planning and Materials Management processes and SAP PP/MM applications Strong analytical thinking and excellent conceptual skills Enthusiasm for new technologies and digital trends Fluent English communication skills Willingness to travel according to business requirements
