Meet the Team
We are Cisco's Failure Analysis & Prevention team, which plays a critical role in ensuring high Customer/Product quality. The Technology and Quality organization is responsible for delivering customer-focused quality, reliability solutions and infrastructure for Cisco products. It is committed to driving a competitive advantage for Cisco by ensuring innovation and excellence in manufacturing technology, test, and component engineering, NPI, and closed-loop quality management.

Key Responsibilities Include

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree plus 10 years of related project/program management experienceMasters degree plus 7 years of related experiencePrior experience leading and managing cross-functional teams and external vendorsExceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills to manage various stakeholders expectationsProven ability to define program scores, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently across multiple projectsProvide training and lead by example to new team members
Preferred Qualifications (Provide up to five (5) bullet points: these can include soft skills):
Masters certification in project/program managementIndustry experience with Semiconductor or Manufacturing industryExcellent communication, organization, presentation, and analytical skillsExperience working with cross-functional teams in a challenging environment
