Role Description This is a full-time remote role in Business Development with a focus on Ed-Tech sales and domestic online markets (DOM). The role involves identifying and qualifying new leads, managing inbound and outbound outreach, and nurturing prospective learners and families through consultative conversations. Responsibilities include conducting market research to understand customer needs, presenting Bhanzu’s programs and solutions, and guiding prospects through the enrollment process. The role also requires maintaining accurate sales pipelines, collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Team members will be expected to deliver high-quality customer service via phone, video calls, email, and chat, while contributing ideas to improve processes and learner experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to understand trends, derive insights, and identify growth opportunities.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle objections, and support learners and families throughout the sales cycle.Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills, including experience with outbound outreach, CRM tools, and managing sales funnels.Candidates should ideally have prior experience in Ed-Tech sales, inside sales, or business development, preferably in B2C or education-focused environments.Candidates should be comfortable working remotely, be highly self-motivated, and able to meet or exceed revenue and conversion targets.Candidates should have good proficiency with digital tools (CRM systems, spreadsheets, communication platforms) and strong organizational and time management skills.A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience in sales and business development is also valued.
