Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, conducting market and competitor research, and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective partners and customers. The role involves delivering compelling presentations and demos, coordinating with internal teams to create tailored proposals, and supporting negotiations to close deals. The Business Development Associate will also track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies.Qualifications Strong presentation skills, including creating and delivering impactful presentations to diverse audiences.Experience in lead generation and managing a sales pipeline, with the ability to prioritize and follow up effectively.Proficiency in market research, including analyzing trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Prior experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally in edtech or consumer-focused sectors.Comfort using CRM tools and productivity software to track leads, activities, and performance metrics.Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Enthusiasm for education and a strong interest in Bhanzu’s mission to make math learning accessible globally.
