Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers for Bhanzu’s learning solutions. Responsibilities include conducting market research, understanding customer segments, and preparing and delivering compelling presentations and demos to schools, parents, and partners. The role involves managing relationships, following up on leads, coordinating with internal teams to refine offerings, and tracking performance metrics using CRM and reporting tools. The associate will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, drive conversions, and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong lead generation and prospecting skills, including experience identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.Candidates should possess market research and analytical skills to understand customer needs, competition, and trends in the education and edtech sectors.Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and build long-term relationships.Candidates should possess effective presentation skills and experience creating and delivering persuasive presentations and product demonstrations.Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in edtech or education services, is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and collaborate in cross-functional teams.Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic data reporting is an advantage.
