Role overviewThe Academic Counsellor will connect with parents in the US market, understand their child’s learningneeds, and drive enrolments for BrightChamps’ programs through consultative counselling and high-quality sales conversation

Key responsibilities● Connect with US-based parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetingsto explain BrightChamps programs.● Understand the child’s current learning level and recommend the right courses and learning paths.● Convert qualified leads into enrolments by handling objections and clearly communicating value andoutcomes.● Maintain follow-up rigor using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status and conversions.● Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets in aperformance-driven environment.● Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience forenrolled students.Work schedule & Requirements● Work days: 6 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday (weekday off as per businessrequirement).● Shift timing: US Shift – 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST (night shift).● Mode: On-site / WFO - HSR Layout, Bangalore● Laptop: Laptop mandatory; candidates must have a personal laptop in good working condition.

Desired candidate profile● Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline.● Freshers with excellent communication may also be considered.● Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with US parents.● Comfortable working in a night shift and a target-oriented sales role.● Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
