Role Description The Business Development Associate (US) will focus on driving growth for Bhanzu’s math learning solutions in the US market from the HSR Layout office in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves identifying and qualifying prospective customers, conducting outreach, and nurturing leads through calls, emails, and presentations. The role includes understanding market needs, communicating Bhanzu’s value proposition to families, schools, and partners, and supporting the end-to-end sales process. The associate will collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to refine go-to-market strategies, improve conversion, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. Daily activities also include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing performance reports, and contributing ideas for new campaigns and partnerships.
Qualifications
Strong presentation skills, including creating and delivering effective presentations to diverse audiences.Experience in lead generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a sales pipeline.Ability to conduct structured market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and trust.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in edtech or consumer-facing services.Comfort working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis to track performance.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.Willingness to work flexible hours when needed to engage with US-based customers and partners.
