About the RoleWe are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our India Renewals Team as Business Development Associates.

This is a great opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build their career in sales, customer interaction and the EdTech industry.

What You’ll Do

* Connect with existing customers regarding subscription renewals.* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.* Handle customer queries and objections effectively.* Follow up with customers and drive successful renewals.* Achieve individual and team targets.

What We’re Looking For

* Graduate in any discipline.* Freshers are welcome to apply.* 0–1 year of experience in Sales/EdTech is an advantage.* Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.* Confident in handling customer conversations.* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.* Own laptop is mandatory.
