Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Bengaluru, focused on international markets such as the UK, ANZ (Australia and New Zealand), and GCC regions. In this role, the associate will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and develop outreach strategies tailored to target geographies. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and managing leads, preparing and delivering compelling presentations and demos, and maintaining accurate records of prospects and pipeline activities. The associate will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging, gather market feedback, and support partnership initiatives. The role also involves regular communication with prospective clients and partners, tracking performance against targets, and contributing insights to improve Bhanzu’s global growth strategy.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong presentation skills and be comfortable creating and delivering engaging presentations to diverse audiences.Candidates should possess lead generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads across UK, ANZ, and GCC markets.Candidates should possess market research capabilities to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in international education and edtech sectors.Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and active listening in cross-cultural contexts.Relevant experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within edtech, education, or related industries is beneficial.Ability to work with CRM tools, manage data accurately, and report on performance metrics is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
