Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Associate (BDA) focused on GCC, ANZ, and UK markets. The BDA will identify and qualify leads, manage outreach campaigns, and build strong relationships with parents, schools, and partners to promote Bhanzu’s math learning programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining and updating CRM records, scheduling and leading product demos, and following up to convert prospects into enrolled learners. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and academic teams to refine messaging, optimize funnels, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. The BDA will also track performance metrics, share regular reports, and contribute ideas to improve growth strategies in key international regions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and consultative selling.Candidates should possess market research and analysis skills to understand customer needs, regional trends, and competitive landscapes in GCC, ANZ, and UK.Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct persuasive presentations and build trust with diverse stakeholders.Candidates should possess CRM and productivity tool skills, including experience with sales software, data entry accuracy, and follow-up tracking.Candidates should possess collaboration and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Prior experience in EdTech, education services, or international sales is beneficial.Comfort working across time zones and in a fully remote environment is important.A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
