Role Description The Business Development Associate (HSR Layout, US Night Shift) will work full time on-site in Bengaluru, collaborating closely with the growth and sales teams. This role involves identifying and generating leads in international markets, conducting market research to understand customer needs, and presenting Bhanzu’s offerings to prospective partners and institutions. The associate will engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and online meetings, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and follow up to convert prospects into active customers. Day-to-day responsibilities also include preparing presentations and reports, coordinating with internal teams to align on campaigns and outreach strategies, and contributing ideas to improve business development processes and outcomes during US night shift hours.

Qualifications

Strong presentation abilities, including creating and delivering effective presentations to diverse audiences.Proficiency in lead generation and market research to identify opportunities and understand global education trends.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging prospects and collaborating with internal teams.Prior experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in edtech or education services.Comfort working US night shifts and on-site in Bengaluru (HSR Layout), with the ability to manage time and targets effectively.Ability to use CRM and productivity tools, analyze basic sales metrics, and work towards clear performance goals.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Collaborative mindset, resilience in a fast-paced environment, and a strong interest in education and global impact.
