Role Description The Business Development Associate (BDA) – WFO UK will focus on identifying, engaging, and converting UK-based prospects and partners for Bhanzu’s math learning solutions. This full-time remote role involves conducting market research, generating qualified leads, managing prospect pipelines, and supporting sales campaigns targeting schools, parents, and educational partners. The associate will deliver tailored presentations and product demos, follow up with leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings, and collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and offerings for the UK market. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback from the market to improve Bhanzu’s programs and customer experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations to diverse audiences.Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities and familiarity with prospecting tools and techniques for education or consumer markets.Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including the ability to analyze customer needs, competition, and trends in the UK education sector.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and convey value clearly.Relevant experience in business development, inside sales, or account management, preferably in edtech, education services, or SaaS.Comfort working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms; data-driven approach to tracking targets and performance.Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time effectively, and collaborate across global teams and time zones.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field is preferred; enthusiasm for education and learner success is highly valued.
