Full job description

* Strong SQL proficiency Ability to independently query backend databases, write joins, aggregations, CTEs, and perform data validation/troubleshooting.

* Excel & Google Sheets skills – Expertise in Pivot Tables, Lookups, Query functions, dashboards, and handling large datasets.

* Dashboarding & Visualization experience – Ability to build and maintain business dashboards using tools such as Claude, Power BI or similar.

* Analytical problem-solving mindset – Ability to convert business questions into analyses, identify trends/root causes, and generate actionable insights.

* Strong stakeholder communication – Ability to understand business requirements and present findings clearly to business leaders.

* Experience defining KPIs and business metrics – Ability to design scorecards, reporting frameworks, and executive dashboards from scratch.

Good-to-Have

* Startup / high-growth company experience – Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders.
