Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead Cloud Data Warehouse (CDW) operations, including user access governance, access management, and data quality oversight to ensure reliable and accurate finance reporting.Manage CDW data issues through end-to-end incident management, including root cause analysis, solution identification, business impact assessment, stakeholder communication, and timely resolution.Perform advanced data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and root cause investigations to identify and resolve data and process issues, while implementing sustainable controls and preventive measures.Utilize Power BI and analytical tools to execute complex queries, evaluate data trends, and analyze financial impacts such as dollar movements across Product Portfolios resulting from ERP Cloud updates or business logic enhancements.Partner closely with Business, Finance, IT, and Data Management teams to drive process simplification, automation, system enhancements, and enterprise transformation initiatives.Independently lead cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through design, testing, UAT, deployment, change management, and stakeholder communication to deliver measurable business outcomes.Develop and maintain operational metrics, KPI dashboards, and reporting solutions that support data-driven decision-making and business performance monitoring.Establish and manage Power BI dashboards for CDW User Access Governance, access compliance monitoring, and operational performance tracking.Leverage AI, advanced analytics, and automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency, enhance data quality management, reduce manual effort, and generate actionable business insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Cloud Data Warehousing, Power BI, Access Management, Incident Management, and enterprise reporting environments.Good understanding of Data Management principles, governance practices, and the broader business application ecosystem.Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other analytics and reporting tools.Proven experience leading cross-functional projects, driving process improvements, and managing stakeholder relationships across multiple business functions.Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business and data problems and develop sustainable solutions.Strong communication, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.Experience leveraging AI and automation technologies to improve business operations and reporting processes is highly desirable
Education
IC - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
