We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst

In This Role, You Will

Provide Oversight of performance management across markets / centers and facilitate organizing monthly Client Lifecycle Management governance forum Assist in all aspects of communications and engagement for team, develop a robust engagement strategy that aligns with Group strategies and comms agenda. Facilitate organizing town halls & Management offsite, from logistics to ensuring talking points are aligned to Group and strategic messaging. Responsible for modelling and report production, working on large sets of complex data, mapping current state Client Lifecycle Management processes and carrying out analysis to identify and implement changes Consolidate information from various systems and make sense of data /express clearly with assumptions used. Responsible for effective resource management – including headcount tracking, reporting, Organisational design, and analysis. Evaluate and determine the appropriate style of communication relevant to the audience - communicate messages in a clear, consistent, and honest manner.

To Be Successful You Will

Understanding of financial reporting aspects and moderate level knowledge of all investment, banking, insurance, and credit products offered by Global Private Banking. Knowledge of operational, trading, and overall business knowledge would be beneficial Experience of 10- 15 years with masters/bachelor’s degree Proficient in multitasking and engaging with different stakeholders both internally and externally The jobholder will be required to support the management of programmers/projects and governance forums, representing his/her team as appropriate. Effective and strong global stakeholder management is required across all levels within the business and functions.
