Job DescriptionBusiness Analyst | CEO’s OfficeLocation : Bangalore

About the RoleWe're looking for a Business Analyst to join the CEO's Office and turn data into decisions. You'll work directly with business leaders across the company on high-priority problems, dig into the numbers, and deliver insights that shape strategy and growth.You'll use AI tools as part of your everyday workflow to analyze faster and automate repetitive work. This role suits someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, moves quickly, and can explain complex findings in plain language.

What You'll DoExtract and Prepare Data: Pull, clean, and transform large, often unstructured datasets from our data warehouses into reliable, analysis-ready form.Partner with the Business: Work closely with cross-functional leaders to understand their questions, define data requirements, and build scalable, long-term reporting solutions.Find the "Why": Go deep into key metrics to spot trends, patterns, and the root causes of business bottlenecks, and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations.Build Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and interactive visualizations that give teams self-serve access to the data they need.Deliver in a Fast-Paced Environment: Manage competing priorities in an Agile setup, take ownership of loosely defined problems, and drive them to clear outcomes with minimal supervision.

What We're Looking For

Experience2 years of hands-on analytics experience in retail, e-commerce, gift cards, or quick commerce.

Technical SkillsMust HaveAdvanced SQL, including writing optimized queries and extracting data from large datasets.Advanced Excel, including data modeling and macros.

Good to HavePython for data manipulation and analysis.VBA for automation.Experience with Google BigQuery.Hands-on use of AI tools for analysis, automation, or building workflows.

Core CompetenciesExcellent written and verbal communication, with a track record of presenting data-driven findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Comfort working on CEO-level priorities, with sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.Strong adaptability and a proven ability to handle ambiguity while managing multiple critical projects and deadlines at once.
