What You’ll DoOwn the retention & frequency analytics workstream end-to-end metric definition, weekly reporting, and the story behind the numbers across customer lifecycle stages and the city/region/cluster/hood geo hierarchy.Own the bottom up forecast to project orders / NOV / active base from cohort inflow × retention × frequency × AOV; publish variance to actuals and call trajectory shifts before they hit the topline.Model LTV and pass/pack economics to connect early-signal behavior to downstream LTV; size breakeven redemption, cannibalization vs. incrementality, and net-revenue impact of passes and promos.Lead geo-level diagnosis of retention and frequency shifts: isolate which cities, clusters, or hoods are driving movement, and turn that into a prioritized action list, not just a chart.Own periodic retention/frequency projections, reconciling geo-level rollups against confirmed benchmarks.Design and run win-back and lifecycle retention interventions for churned or lapsed users segmentation, targeting logic, and measuring what actually moved the number.Partner with the pricing team to fold retention/frequency signals into the lifecycle pricing grid, and present findings and recommendations directly to leadership.

What You Bring4-6 years as a data/business analyst with direct ownership of a retention, lifecycle, or growth metric, ideally in a consumer, marketplace, or on-demand business.Projections & modeling depth, you've personally built forecast, cohort-retention, or elasticity models bottom-up from drivers (not top-down growth rates), and can walk through the assumptions, the sensitivities, and where the model breaksAdvanced SQL and a track record of turning geo - and cohort-level analysis into decisions, not just dashboards. Comfortable defining metrics from scratch and defending them under scrutiny.Experience running or designing retention/win-back interventions, from segmentation through post-hoc measurement.Strong stakeholder communication able to present directly to leadership and drive alignment across pricing, ops, and marketing.
