The role

A BIM modeler at a consumer goods company develops and maintains architectural, structural, and MEP models for construction projects using Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD, supporting clash detection and model rendering.

Role & responsibilities

Need to develops and maintains digital 3D models of architectural, structural, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems using BIM software.

Collaborates with architects and engineers, ensures model accuracy and adherence to standards, and generates reports and drawings for construction projects.

They should have inquiring mind for learning new concepts.

Experience in model creation, clash detection, data exchange, quality control.

Creating GFCS and should have hands on with the Rendering of the models. to support efficient project execution and informed decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

B Tech / BE in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Mechanical

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Civil BIM Modeler.

Experience in Industrial Projects: FMCG, Warehouse, Manufacturing Unit, Commercial Projects: IT Companies, Hospitals, Commercial malls, Residential Projects: High Rise Building

Essential

Proficient in REVIT
