What We Do

Global Employee Onboarding Team works closely with our Vendor Partner who conducts Background Checks for State Street globally and help us to ensure that we retain and hire qualified people quickly and efficiently.

What Are We Looking For

Looking for an individual who would be responsible to Handle Day to day Background Verification. Coordinating with the internal teams such as Talent Acquisition, Operations and Global Security Team. Updating the BGV status to the Reporting Manager and ensure Background Check is completed within the SLA. Priority cases from the Business is handled in Fast Track mode. Validating the documents received from Employee, Talent acquisition, and Operations team. Consolidation of Daily/ weekly BGV report and sharing daily and weekly basis report with Reporting Manager. Uploading the clear documents of respective employees in State Street tool and reviewing the alerts shared by the Vendors. Develop a strong understanding of State Street’s BGV Process, policies and procedures, and requirements. Escalating the potential unusual activity. Suggest process improvements to achieve improved efficiency and accuracy.

What You Will Be Responsible For
