Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Customer Service: Provide an unparalleled customer experience

Investigate customer’s technical issues to find solutions, discover and report bugs

Review and test new features before they are publicly available

Requirements:

General knowledge of operating systems

Hands-on networking experience

Fundamental computing concepts

Either technical or non-technical customer service experience
