Key Responsibilities

Partnering with hiring managers to understand  requirements for roles in Commercial Teams (Marketing, Finance, Media, Etc)Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives, and professional networksScreening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating interview schedules and managing candidates communication throughout the hiring processMaintaining and updating recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)Supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the semiconductor and embedded systems industryAssisting in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth candidate experience

Ideal Candidate

Minimum of  2 to 4 year of relevant work experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruitingBachelor degree / MBA in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred but your approach and attitude matter moreStrong sourcing instincts and comfort engaging passive talent - headhunting or proactive outreach experience is a plusProficiency with tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and alternative platformsAgility and a growth mindset - someone who thrives in ambiguity and learns quicklyStartup experience is welcome but not essentialMust be available to join immediately or within 15 daysMandatory 5 Days work from office
