Trane Technologies is hiring for the role of Associate Software Engineer.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust software modules and HVAC control applications.• Write clean, maintainable, and modular code adhering to established coding and architectural standards.• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, and code reviews.• Execute unit tests, integration tests, and debugging to ensure system reliability and software quality.• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, product owners, and architects to deliver software releases on schedule.• Create and maintain technical documentation, software specifications, and test reports.
Requirements:• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related engineering field.• 0 to 2 years of experience in software development (Freshers with strong project backgrounds are welcome).• Solid programming fundamentals in languages such as C#, .NET, C++, or Java.• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.• Good debugging, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
