Who Is an Ideal Fit for Us?

We are seeking a driven, high-ownership Associate Product Manager to own and scale core modules of our transaction intelligence platform. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of fintech infrastructure, data, and enterprise user experience, translating business and financial workflow challenges into elegant, scalable SaaS products.

What Will You Get to Work On?

As an Associate Product Manager at Osfin.ai, you will:

Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to ensure seamless product delivery.

Vision & Roadmap: Contribute to the strategic product vision and roadmap for a globally scalable SaaS platform.

End-to-End PM: Manage products from discovery through launch using market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.

Detailed PRDs: Write agile, comprehensive product specs and maintain clear communication across all team stakeholders.

Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with cross-functional leaders to align product priorities with core business goals.

What Do We Expect From You?

Core Experience: 2-4 years in B2B SaaS Product Management.

Roadmap Strategy: Proven ability to define and align product roadmaps with strategic vision and execution goals.

Lifecycle & GTM: Hands-on experience launching products end-to-end and driving GTM strategy.

Stakeholder Bridge: Stellar communication skills to connect technical teams, business leaders, and end-users.

PRD Delivery: Strong track record of authoring clear, detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

Data & Analytics: Ability to analyze large datasets and leverage product analytics for strategic decision-making.

Startup Mindset: High hustle, adaptability, and comfort operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
