Job Purpose and Impact
The Associate Professional, Position Management job supports accurate and timely position management and Data management services across the employee lifecycle, including position creation, updates, maintenance, data validation, and transaction support. Under supervision, this job reviews and processes routine position-related requests, assists employees, managers, and human resources partners with basic inquiries, and helps maintain position data quality, organizational structures, reporting relationships, cost center alignment, and compliance with established position management standards and processes.
Key Accountabilities
POSITION MANAGEMENT SUPPORT: Provides support to employees, managers, and human resources partners by addressing basic and routine questions, inquiries, and transactions related to position creation, position updates, reporting relationships, supervisory organization changes, and position data maintenance. Maintain and update position data in SuccessFactors, process creation, modification, and deletion requests in line with established guidelines, and use ServiceNow to handle and track HR service requests related to position management. DATA REVIEW & RESEARCH: Reviews position-related data and basic process information to support accurate records, identify trends or recurring issues, and assist with research related to position management standards, reporting structures, and human resources operational processes. COMPLIANCE SUPPORT: Assists with applying position management guidelines, job architecture requirements, organizational design standards, and local process requirements to help ensure position records and transactions are completed consistently and in alignment with established policies. QUALITY ASSURANCE & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Participates in activities related to data quality, process optimization, standardization, and service improvement by reviewing position management and Data management transactions, identifying errors or exceptions, and supporting actions that improve accuracy, timeliness, and customer experience. POSITION DATA ADMINISTRATION: Supports the maintenance, reconciliation, and validation of position-related data, including position attributes, organizational assignments, cost center information, supervisory relationships, and other workforce structure details, ensuring exceptions and errors are resolved in a timely manner. PROCESS IMPLEMENTATION: Supports the execution of hiring, transfer, promotion, restructuring, and other employee lifecycle processes that require position changes, while identifying potential challenges and escalating complex cases as needed.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Aministration, HR Operations, or related field preferred. 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or data administration or relevant experience. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively. Advanced English. Shift timings - 12 PM to 9 PM
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with ServiceNow is highly desirable.
