About the RoleWe are looking for a driven and commercially minded Associate Partnerships Manager to join the Strategic Partnerships team. This role will be responsible for identifying and developing new partnership opportunities, building relationships with prospective partners, supporting strategic pitches, and taking partnerships through to execution and performance evaluation. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable being hands-on, can think on their feet, has strong communication and relationship-building skills, and can independently manage multiple partnership opportunities simultaneously.This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build expertise across the entire partnerships lifecycle — from lead generation and outreach to deal closure, execution, and post-campaign analysis.

What You'll Do 1. Lead Generation & Partner OutreachIdentify and build a pipeline of potential partners across relevant industries and categoriesConduct market research to identify brands, platforms, businesses and organizations that could be potential partnership opportunitiesOwn cold outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other relevant channelsDevelop compelling outreach pitches tailored to different prospective partnersInitiate conversations, follow up consistently and convert leads into qualified partnership opportunitiesMaintain and regularly update the partnerships pipeline and track progress across opportunities2. Partnership Development & PitchingUnderstand prospective partners' business objectives and identify mutually beneficial partnership opportunitiesDevelop partnership concepts, propositions and commercial modelsPrepare pitch decks, presentations, proposals and partnership documents for internal and external meetingsParticipate in partner meetings and presentations, clearly articulating the value proposition and partnership opportunityWork closely with senior leadership on strategic pitches and larger partnership opportunities3. Deal Closure & Commercial OwnershipOwn the end-to-end closure of smaller brand partnerships, barter partnerships and tactical collaborationsDrive negotiations around deliverables, timelines, commercials and campaign requirementsCoordinate internally to ensure all stakeholders are aligned before finalizing a partnershipIdentify opportunities to expand existing partnerships into larger or longer-term engagementsBuild strong relationships with partners and become their day-to-day point of contact4. End-to-End Partnership ExecutionTake complete ownership of partnership execution from signed agreement through campaign completionDrive end-to-end paperwork, including agreements, SOWs, purchase orders, invoices and other required documentationCoordinate with internal cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Content, Finance, Legal, Operations and other relevant teamsCoordinate with external partners to ensure timely delivery of all agreed campaign assets and commitmentsProactively identify and resolve execution challenges to ensure campaigns launch on time5. Campaign & Partnership PerformanceClosely monitor the performance of campaigns and partnership initiatives against agreed KPIsTrack key metrics such as installs, engagement, conversions, revenue or other relevant campaign objectivesPrepare regular performance reports and dashboards for internal and partner stakeholdersConduct post-campaign evaluation to understand what worked, what did not, and opportunities for optimizationTranslate campaign data and learnings into actionable recommendations for future partnershipsMaintain a repository of partnership performance and learnings to inform future business development6. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with multiple internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiativesEffectively communicate partner requirements and timelines to internal stakeholdersManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlinesAct as a strong bridge between external partners and internal teams
