Lenovo is seeking an Associate for its Global Contracts Team (“GCT”), reporting to the Lead Senior Counsel for AP. The Contract Administrator supports GCT EU META by managing the operational and administrative steps of the contract lifecycle. The CA ensures approvals, signatures, activation, and metadata accuracy are completed in a consistent and compliant manner.

Position responsibilities include managing contract metadata extraction and data quality and supporting Legal Operations projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential to collaborate effectively with legal, business, and technology teams, provide user support, and deliver operational solutions that improve legal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Approvals Prepare contract summaries and manage approval workflows in CLM. Track and follow up on all required approvals. Execution Management Confirm signatories and manage the DocuSign process. Ensure timely and complete execution of agreements. CLM Upload Activation Upload fully executed agreements into CLM. Validate documentation and metadata, then activate the contract. Metadata Risk Reporting Review and quality-check system-generated metadata. Ensure accuracy of key fields for reporting and risk assessments. Communication Coordination Act as the point of contact for contract workflow support. Coordinate with Legal, requestors, and approvers. Inbox Query Handling Monitor and respond to Legal COE Support inbox queries. Triage contract-related requests promptly. Compliance Process Improvement Ensure adherence to Lenovo contracting policies and risk assessment process. Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and maintain audit-ready records.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Law degree preferred).1-4 years in contracts, legal operations, or admin workflows.Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management tools and DocuSign.Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.Ability to work with global teams and follow structured processes.
