Role Description The Associate Dentist | Field Sales | Home Scan role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves visiting patients at their homes to conduct dental assessments, intraoral scans, and consultations related to clear aligner therapy and other dental solutions. The individual will explain treatment plans, educate patients on aligner usage and care, and ensure accurate documentation of clinical findings. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with the clinical and sales teams, supporting patient onboarding, driving field sales through professional recommendations, and maintaining high standards of patient experience. The role also requires managing schedules, following up with prospective patients, and adhering to clinical and organizational protocols.

Qualifications

Clinical dentistry skills, including patient examination, diagnosis, and familiarity with orthodontic or aligner treatments.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain treatment options clearly and build trust with patients in field settings.Sales and relationship-building abilities to support field sales activities, convert consultations into treatments, and maintain patient follow-up.Proficiency with digital tools and dental scanning equipment, including comfort with mobile apps and data entry.Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent, with valid registration as per local regulatory requirements.Experience in orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, or clear aligner practice is an advantage.Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for home visits and flexible availability, including weekends if required.
