As an Associate - Category Management with 1.0-4.0 years of experience, you will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing product categories within the organization. Your primary focus will be on driving category performance, managing vendor relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve overall category management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize product categories to meet sales and margin targets.Collaborate with vendors to negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional activities.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Develop and implement category strategies that align with business objectives.Monitor and track category performance, identifying areas for improvement.Work cross-functionally with various teams such as marketing, sales, and supply chain to execute category plans.Conduct regular reviews of category assortment, pricing, and promotions to ensure competitiveness.Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to drive category innovation.Prepare regular reports and presentations on category performance and recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications
