KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :1. Process Management & Optimization• Identify and document procurement best practices and workflows within assigned categories• Drive continuous improvement initiatives — eliminate inefficiencies, simplify workflows, standardize documentation across processes• Develop, maintain, and update process templates, playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)• Collaborate with stakeholders to cascade procurement policies and ensure compliance across the function2. Technology Implementation & Systems Support• Support the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of procurement systems and tools (e.g., CLM, P2P, vendor portals, procurement platforms)• Define functional requirements and process controls to be embedded in system implementations• Coordinate user testing, training delivery, and adoption of new procurement technologies• Provide system support and troubleshooting guidance to end users; log and escalate critical issues3. Reporting, Analytics & Data Management• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and KPI reports (spend analytics, supplier performance, cycle-time metrics, savings tracking)• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in procurement spend and supplier performance• Prepare periodic reports for leadership (category performance, cost savings, strategic initiatives)• Ensure data integrity and accuracy of procurement metrics and reports4. Policy Cascading & Compliance Support• Develop and cascade procurement policies and procedures for consistency and compliance• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures• Deliver training programs for internal teams on procurement policies, processes, and system usage• Support continuous compliance monitoring and provide guidance on policy interpretation to stakeholders5. Transformation Projects & Continuous Improvement• Lead or contribute to transformational procurement initiatives and technology projects• Manage project scope, timeline, and budget; deliver outcomes on time and within budget• Coordinate across multiple internal stakeholders (Category Managers, Ops teams, IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance)6. Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Support• Work closely with Category Managers, Procurement Operations, and Business Units to identify and support sourcing and operational needs• Engage with Legal, InfoSec, Compliance, and Finance on policy and process governance• Participate in forums, reviews, and governance bodies to contribute to procurement excellence

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor's degree(B.E preferably)• 5-8 years of procurement operations, CoE, process improvement, or supply chain experience in a fast-paced environment• Demonstrated experience with procurement process design, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives• Proven experience in implementing procurement systems, tools (CLM, P2P, vendor portals), or ERP solutions• Strong knowledge of procurement policies, governance frameworks, and compliance best practices• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; comfort with data, metrics, and reporting tools• Ability to manage multiple projects, drive change management, and lead continuous improvement initiatives
