Roles And Responsibility
End to End Planning and managing of product development projects.Overall responsibility for the successful execution of projects in order to achieve the project objectives concerning profitability, costs, quality and timingEnsuring of simultaneous engineering as well as effective opportunity and risk managementCoordination of project team members, customers, internal and external development partners, suppliers and production facilitiesFunctional leadership of the project teamPlanning and assigning work packages to the team while monitoring and controlling the progressOverall responsibility and management of released project budgetSuccessful management of all project stakeholders interestsProject reporting and presentation to management committeesCreate and maintain transparency within the projectCoordination and management of project changes considering the effects on the project objectivesSuccessfully ensure requirements managementPM has the right and duty of escalation in case of abnormal situation.PM must ensure all relevant information from the project discussed in the Core Team: including changes, risk detection and evaluation, is forwarded to the Extended Team members and vice versa.
