Planning : The person would able to manage the demand planning, Delfee planningPlanning for AOP, QOP, MOP and reporting actuals against itPerson should be aware of basic stress management workingPerson should be able to work closely with product, supply and ops stakeholdersStrategize, and propose the cost efficient ways of operations by understanding the Cost Benefit Analysis, Scale and business requirements

Performance : Person should be able to do indepth RCA for OPD, Delfee miss against plansPerson must have strong analytical skillsPerson should be able to analyse the gaps in the current system and suggest improvements.

Projects:Person should be able to to run independent projects along with BAU charters
