What you will do
Manage and drive front-end operations to ensure smooth, timely and efficient execution across the network.Monitor daily operational performance, identify gaps and bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions.Work closely with Hub Operations, Supply Chain, Last Mile, Planning, Quality and Customer teams to resolve operational issues and improve execution.Track key operational metrics and build dashboards and reports to improve visibility and decision-making.Identify opportunities to improve processes, standardise SOPs and playbooks, and drive operational efficiency.Take ownership of operational escalations and ensure quick resolution and clear accountability across stakeholders.Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving fulfilment, service levels and overall operational performance.Identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements to improve productivity and reduce manual intervention.Use data and analytics to identify root causes, prioritise issues and support business decisions.Work in a fast-paced environment and balance day-to-day operational execution with long-term process improvements.
We hope that you will have
3+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Program Management, Food-Tech, FMCG, E-commerce or similar high-volume environments.Strong analytical skills with good hands-on knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL is preferred.Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking ability.Experience working with multiple stakeholders and driving cross-functional execution.Ability to prioritise quickly, manage escalations and make sound decisions under pressure.Experience in building or improving SOPs, dashboards, processes or operational systems.Exposure to process automation or technology-led operational improvements.Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take initiatives from problem identification to execution and closure.Experience in last-mile, fulfilment, cold chain, perishable supply, quick commerce or food-tech will be an added advantage.Comfortable working in a high-velocity, on-ground operations environment.
