Asset Management Manager

What You’ll OwnOwn the complete IT asset lifecycle from procurement and allocation to tracking, maintenance, and decommissioningBuild and streamline asset management processes using FreshService, ServiceNow, or similar ITSM platformsDrive device compliance through MDM, security baselines, OS patching, and lifecycle controlsManage hardware procurement, vendor relationships, negotiations, and SLAsLead audit readiness and ensure accurate asset records and compliance documentation for ISO 27001 and ITGCIdentify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiencyOversee asset-related tickets, device movements, and lifecycle processes across locationsLead, mentor, and develop the Asset Management team

What You’ll Bring5–6 years of experience in IT Asset Management or IT Operations1–2 years of experience managing a teamHands-on experience with FreshService, ServiceNow, or equivalent ITSM toolsStrong understanding of MDM solutions such as Jamf, JumpCloud, or Microsoft IntuneExperience managing hardware procurement, vendors, audits, and complianceStrong process orientation with the ability to build systems and workflows from scratchExperience working across multiple offices or geographies is an added advantage
