Position Summary (Must have graduated recently or be graduating in 2025).

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice to support Supply Chain Analytics and Business Operations activities. This role is ideal for recent graduates from non-engineering backgrounds who are interested in building a career in supply chain, procurement, operations, and business analytics. The Apprentice will assist with data analysis, reporting, invoice extraction processes, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives while gaining hands-on exposure to supply chain functions within a technology company serving the Utilities & Energy sector. The ideal candidate demonstrates a customer-centric mindset, accountability, authenticity, agility, collaboration, and a passion for innovation.

Duties & Responsibilities

Support supply chain reporting, analysis, and business performance tracking activities.Assist in extracting data from supplier invoices and validating invoice information for accuracy and completeness.Perform invoice data extraction from PDF and scanned documents while maintaining structured records for reporting and audit purposes.Verify extracted invoice details including supplier information, invoice dates, invoice amounts, taxes, purchase order references, and payment terms.Support purchase order, inventory, supplier, and procurement data analysis activities.Maintain and update supply chain datasets, spreadsheets, and reporting templates with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.Assist in creating dashboards, presentations, and business reports for stakeholders and customers.Identify data quality issues and collaborate with business teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently.Document business processes, reporting requirements, and standard operating procedures.Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.Collaborate effectively with procurement, supply chain, finance, and operations teams on day-to-day analytical activities.Perform ad-hoc reporting, data validation, and business analysis tasks as assigned.Learn and apply supply chain best practices, business processes, and reporting methodologies.Demonstrate an agile approach to changing business priorities and customer requirements.Contribute innovative ideas that enhance operational effectiveness and stakeholder experience.

Education Required

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in B.Com, BBA, or MBA.Must have graduated recently or be graduating in 2025.No active backlogs at the time of application.

Eligibility Requirements

Recent graduate with strong academic performance.Work Model: Hybrid. Employees are required to work from the office every Monday and Tuesday, with additional in-office days as needed to support business priorities, team collaboration, and operational requirements.Availability: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST.Strong interest in supply chain, procurement, business operations, and analytics.

Technical & Functional Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools.Understanding of basic business, finance, procurement, or supply chain concepts.Ability to work with large datasets and perform data validation activities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail with a high focus on data accuracy and quality. Professional SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skills.Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse and cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills and accountability for assigned tasks.Demonstrated learning agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Knowledge of supply chain, procurement, inventory management, or business operations processes.Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.Exposure to Power BI, Excel analytics, or other reporting tools.Basic understanding of invoice processing, accounts payable, or procurement workflows.Experience working on academic projects involving business analytics or process improvement.Interest in technology, digital transformation, and data-driven decision making.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively while contributing innovative ideas and continuous improvement initiatives.
