Role Summary

Experienced WFM IT professional with 4+ years of hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions. Skilled in optimizing HR processes, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver efficient WFM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain modules in UKG Pro and Zebra Workcloud (Timekeeper, Attendance, Accruals and Devices) Employee Import integration monitoring and POS monitoringGather business requirements and translate them into system configurations Manage payroll processing, audits, and compliance activities Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution Generate and customize reports using UKG Pro reporting tools Perform data migration, validation, and system testing (UAT) Ensure data security and compliance with HR regulations.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of WFM or HRIS system (HR, Payroll, Benefits) Dell Boomi integration tool knowledge is preferredGoogle Big Query and Power BI knowledge is preferredKnowledge of payroll processing and compliance Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data mapping SQL knowledge is preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, IT, Business, or related field UKG Pro certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience

4+ years of experience working with UKG Pro/ Zebra Workcloud/ Reflexis/ HRIS systems Experience in implementation, configuration, and support environments

Nice-to-Have

Experience with other UKG products like Workforce Central and Integration product Dell Boomi and Google Data HubExperience with Zerbra Workcloud or ReflexisKnowledge of global payroll or multi-country implementations
