Job Summary

The Technical Expert will be part of Custom Applications team under Schneider Digital's Enterprise IT organization. This position requires extensive experience in Web Application Development.

Responsibilities

Worked as Individual Contributor, managed and derived outcome from dev team.

Has experience in running end-to-end project L3 / Enhancement; has handled real-life complex problems independently / Project Run Delivery.

Can comprehend client interactions, handle business requirements and analysis, solution designing.

Individual Contributor / Technical Lead who can contribute actively on technical stuff and manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, risk management, UAT, deployment and transition to support.

Ensure adherence to SDLC/Agile practices, quality standards, and governance controls.

Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies across teams.

Own execution of change requests, enhancements, and production defect fixes.

Manage and mentor 5-7 developers/tech leads, allocate tasks, track productivity, drive continuous improvement and engineering best practices.

Key Skills

8+ years of experience in IT application development and Run Support, project management, business analysis with a hands-on background to understand code, review designs, and validate estimates.

Hands-on experience in React/Node.js, PostgreSQL.

AWS services (EC2, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, SQS, SNS, IAM, etc.).

Airflow.

Git.

DevOps.

Terraform.

Exposure to enterprise-scale applications and global stakeholders.

Knowledge and experience on AI Agents and Integration would be an added advantage.

Qualifications
