Application Senior Engineer II - Global Application Operation & Support

The Technical Expert will be part of Custom Applications team under Schneider Digital’s Enterprise IT organization. This position requires extensive experience in Web Application Development

What will you do?

Worked as Individual Contributor, managed and derived outcome from dev team.Has Experience in running end-to-end project L3 / Enhancement; have handled real life complex problem independently / Project & Run Delivery.Can comprehend client interactions, handle business requirements and analysis, solution designing. Individual Contributor / technical Lead who can Contribute actively on technical stuff and manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, risk management, UAT, deployment and transition to support.Ensure adherence to SDLC/Agile practices, quality standards, and governance controls.Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies across teams.Own execution of change requests, enhancements, and production defect fixes.Manage and mentor 5–7 developers/tech leads, allocate tasks, track productivity, drive continuous improvement and engineering best practices.

What are the key skills we are looking for?

8+ years of experience in IT application development and Run Support, project management, business analysis with a mandatory hands-on very background to understand code, review designs, and validate estimates.Understanding of web development standards, integrations, security with hands on experience in React/Node.js, RDBMS (PostgreSQL), Expert in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, Step Function, S3, SQS, SNS, Airflow, IAM etc.), Git, DevOps preferable TerraformExposure to enterprise-scale applications and global stakeholdersKnowledge and Experience on AI Agents and Integration would be an added advantage.
