What Our Expectations are:
This role is to support Pratt & Whitney Canada’s Aftermarket. P&WC supports over 13 000 operators in the world with more than 40 000 active spare parts. The Inventory & Planning team at Pratt & Whitney Component Solutions manages the warehousing and distribution of both new and repaired spare parts. We are looking for someone to support our inventory and planning activities.
Function Description:
You will work directly with the Pratt & Whitney Component Solutions Inventory and Planning Team to meet the group’s objectives. This will require a strong ability to understand the requirements, escalate when appropriate, and execute promptly. Ownership until resolution is a key requirement.
What You Will Do:
Create Return Authorization in RMA ReportUpdate and Maintain Material Resource Planning (MRP) values in SAPDaily open P-req reportingGeneration of purchase orders to support PWCS demand and customer ordersOpen order fullfillment - E-Stock tracking and removalMonitor and action PO release reportGenerate key reports/data sets to support day to day activitiesExtract and analyze data as required using different tools (SAP, PowerBI)Improve processes
Qualifications You Must Have:
A University Degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics or Engineering related fields or 1-3 years of eqivilent work experience in related fieldsExcellent MS Office (Excel) skillsSAP and Power BI knowledge an assetClear and effective communicator with strong communication skillsTeam player with a passion for excellence
Work Location: Bangalore
