Responsibilities
1. Accountabilities
Perform Corporate Actions Back Office Event processing by adhering to SOP
Investigate, perform root cause analysis, and fix to match Depot and Nostro breaks.
Understand and meet operational KPIs and SLAs of the scope of functions and services to the client.
Keep updated of the new changes in the market’s rules.
Ensure up to date standard operating procedures.
2. Activity Monitoring / Challenges
Play active role in identifying and implementing process improvements.
Ensure timely completion of the market specific tasks.
Endeavour to learn as many markets as possible.
121 with the team leaders to track self performance and identify areas of improvement.
Complete daily checklist in timely manner.
Ensure that the process documents are up to date and capture all new updates in the market.

Profile required
The incumbent of this role must be able to perform end to end corporate action event management for most of the mature and complex markets in timely manner to ensure all the SLAs are met.
