Analyst - Business Product Delivery

Responsibilities:

Performs statistical modelling and analysis of structured and unstructured data sets to develop metrics, reports and visualisations of trends and patterns.

Works with technology organisations and business end-users to understand data and analysis needs and develop technical requirements.

Partners with development and data management roles to identify and capture data required from internal and external sources.

Creates and maintains statistical models for ongoing and ad hoc review and analysis of data.

Uses data visualisation programs, tools and techniques to generate dashboards, reports and presentations that aid in data storytelling, understanding and interpretation of trends and patterns of business importance.

Time Allocation (40%):

Design, implement, unit test, and build business applications using React and React-Native. Net Core. Net 8 Node.js, Azure/AWS and leveraging an agile methodology.

Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and daily stand-ups.

Facilitate discussion, assessment of alternatives or different approaches, decision-making, and conflict resolution within the development team.

Time Allocation (20%):

Develop and administer CI/CD pipelines in cloud-hosted Git repositories, and source control artefacts via Git in alignment with common branching strategies and workflows.

Assist Software Designer/Implementers with the creation of detailed software design specifications.

Time Allocation (20%):

Participate in the system specification review process to ensure system requirements can be translated into a valid software architecture.

Integrate internal and external product designs into a cohesive user experience.

Time Allocation (20%):

Identify and keep track of metrics that indicate how software is performing.

Handle technical and non-technical queries from the development team and stakeholders.

Ensure that all development practices follow best practices and any relevant policies/procedures.

Other Duties:

Maintain project reporting including dashboards, status reports, road maps, burn down, velocity, and resource utilisation.

Own the technical solution and ensure all technical aspects are implemented as designed.

Partner with the customer success team and aid in triaging and troubleshooting customer support issues spanning across a range of software components, infrastructure, integrations, and services, some of which target 24/7/365 availability.

Requirements:

Previous experience in leading full-stack technology projects with scrum teams and stakeholder management.

Required Minimum Education: BTech or MTech in computer science or related field.

With Proficiency in. NET Core/. Net 8/ Node.js, React, React-Native, Redux, Material, Bootstrap, Typescript, SCSS, Microservices, EF, LINQ, SQL, Azure/AWS, CI CD, Agile.

Percentage Travelled: Up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications: Project Management & Business Management.

Preferred Area of Study: Computer Science.

Preferred Related Industry Experience (if applicable): Supply Chain FMCG.
