DIMENSION / SCOPE OF THE JOB
Strong analytical skills to solve problems involving Dynamic condition of engine components utilizing Pisdyn/ AVL ExciteSolid understanding of Noise Vibrations, Harshness fundamentals of engine powertrain components.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent teamwork skills, strong verbal & written skills.
MAJOR ROLE OF THE POSTION
Performing advanced simulations in Engineering Mechanics (CAE) and the durability assessment of Engine powertrain components.Conduct detailed piston dynamics simulations using tools such as Pisdyn or AVL Excite to analyse and optimize engine performance.Evaluate piston behaviour under various operating conditions, considering factors such as thermal effects, vibrations, and structural integrity.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including design, testing, and manufacturing, to integrate optimized piston designs into the overall engine system.Performing calculations, identifying potential convergence problems and their solutionAnalysis of results and their interpretation enabling decision-making by engineering teamPreparation of a calculation report with an appropriate summary of conclusions and proposals for potential changes. Propose and implement improvements in simulation methodologies and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.0020
