Job Responsibilities
The Magna HR systems team is a fast-growing team meant to support day to day activities of Payroll and HR practitioners within our Canadian and US operations. This role is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for the Dayforce Time and Payroll modules.
Your Responsibilities
Provide support for Dayforce Payroll and Time & Attendance inquiries, ensuring timely resolution or escalationAssist with system configurations, testing, and validation of Payroll and Time & Attendance modulesAnalyze and resolve system issues or enhancement requestsAssist in developing and maintaining user guides, FAQs, and documentation for system processesRespond to tickets and user queries with professionalism, ensuring clear communication and follow-upSupport training sessions

We are seeking a motivated Dayforce Support Analyst to join our HRIS support team with a focus on Payroll & Time & Attendance in Dayforce, complemented by foundational knowledge of payroll processes and employee life cycles

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related fieldExperience: 1-2 years in an HR, payroll, or systems support role; Dayforce experience preferredKnowledge: Basic understanding of payroll processes and calculationsFamiliarity with Dayforce Payroll and Time & Attendance systemsExperience with HRIS system configurationsTechnical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, mainly ExcelAbility and eagerness to learn system configurationsSoft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective and professional communication and customer service abilitiesDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to learning and issue resolutionAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment
