This role owns end-to-end Amazon performance — advertising execution (PPC) plus day-to-day account management — and works closely with category, supply chain and brand teams to drive sustainable growth on Amazon.This is a hands-on execution role with clear ownership, focused on scaling ad spend and revenue while maintaining strong profitability. We are looking for a candidate who is scalable: able to take on more ad spend, more SKUs and more account complexity as the business grows, without the role needing to be redefined each time.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the Amazon PPC strategy in-house across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display & DSP adsManage and optimize ₹50L–₹60L+ monthly Amazon ad budgets with a strong focus on efficiency and scaleTrack and improve key performance metrics including ACoS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR & RevenuePerform search term mining, keyword expansion, bid optimization & placement testing to unlock growthConduct deep root cause analysis (RCA) on performance trends and business outcomesMonitor competitor activity, category benchmarks, and Amazon platform updatesEnsure high-quality, timely execution across all assigned SKUs and categoriesOwn part of Amazon account management: listing accuracy, content (title, bullets, images, A+) and catalog issue resolutionLog, track and resolve Seller Central case tickets with Amazon Seller Support in a timely mannerMonitor account health metrics (ODR, IPI, policy compliance) and flag or fix issues before they affect visibility or ad performanceScale responsibilities as ad spend, SKU count and account complexity grow, without compromising on execution qualityWhat We're Looking ForMust-Have Skills2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC / AMSStrong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Advertising ConsoleProven experience handling significant monthly ad spendsStrong understanding of PPC efficiency metrics (ACoS, ROAS, CPC, CVR)Hands-on experience with Amazon account management — listings, catalog issues and case resolution — alongside advertisingAdvanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and insightsStrong analytical, problem-solving & RCA capabilitiesAbility to work independently with high ownership in an in-house setupA scalable mindset: comfortable taking on growing ad budgets, SKU count and account scope without a drop in execution qualityClear communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsGood to HaveExperience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, HectorExposure to Amazon DSP, AMC or remarketing conceptsExposure to account-management / case-tracking workflows within Seller CentralExperience working on high-growth or scaled Amazon brandsComfortable running experiments and data-led optimizationsQualificationsAny Graduate2+ years of experience in Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) preferredStrong business judgment with an end-to-end ownership mindsetDemonstrated ability to scale with the business — takes on more scope and responsibility as ad spend, SKU count and revenue grow
