Who are we, and what do we do?

ShareChat (Mohalla Tech Pvt Ltd) is India’s largest homegrown social media company and the only local player to achieve profitability in the industry, with 200+ million Monthly Monetizable Users across all its platforms.

Founded in 2015, ShareChat has social media brands such as the ShareChat App and Moj App and micro drama app QuickTV under its portfolio. QuickTV, the newest addition to ShareChat's family of apps, crossed the 10 million downloads mark within 3 months of launch and currently has 60Mn MAUs across the network viewing the vertical episodic content.

Today, the ShareChat network maintains a whopping 1,000 Cr ARR and is India’s leading social media platform servicing users across the country in 15 regional languages. This growth has led to a 28% YoY revenue growth in the July-Sept (2025-26) quarter and increased it by more than 60% in the Oct-Dec quarter.

What does the team do ?

At QuickTV, ShareChat's short-form microdrama streaming app, the Content Operations team drives the creation and acquisition of bingeable, vertical microdramas — both live-action and AI-generated — built for mobile-first audiences. Partnering with production houses, creators, product, and feed teams, the team runs the full pipeline from script and greenlighting to production, localization, and release. It also leverages AI production tooling to turn screenplays into video faster and scale output across languages and markets.

What You’ll Do?

Own end to end AI generated content production for microdrama series, ensuring high quality and engagement.Collaborate with writers, editors, sound designers and AI video animators, to translate creative ideas into visually striking AI-driven stories.Lead the internal team members, review and QC their work to ensure their generated videos align with requirementsCollaborate with the team to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of prompt engineering and prompting techniques.Work with external agencies, guiding external teams with feedbacks and reviews to ensure quality output delivery,Conduct research and experiments based on latest advancements in generative AI and develop insights to enhance the quality and efficiency of generated videosContribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance team processes

Who You Are

6+ years of experience in OTT, TV, filmmaking, or Microdrama AI video contentAdvanced understanding of AI-based creative tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Nanobanana, Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0, or similar). Some experience with editing softwares such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve will be a plus.Exposure to shot planning and execution (core to role)Strong storytelling skills with proven track recordFamiliarity with post-production workflows (editing, sound, VFX, excel)Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-output environments, adapting to evolving creative briefs and technology.Possess strong ownership and leadership experiencesDeep understanding of Indian audiences and emotional storytelling, with a flair for cinematic composition and attention to detail.
