Full job description

Requirements:

3-6 years of hands-on software engineering experience, including at least 1 year building production LLM/AI agent applications.

Strong Python programming skills with experience building production-grade backend services.

Hands-on experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, or RAG-based applications using modern LLMs.

Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude/OpenAI), including function/tool calling, structured outputs, prompt engineering, and evaluation.

Strong backend engineering fundamentals including REST APIs, SQL, Docker, Git, and cloud deployment.

Experience integrating external systems such as GitHub, Slack, Jira, Notion, PagerDuty or similar APIs.

Experience deploying, monitoring and maintaining production systems, including logging, debugging, observability, and telemetry.
