Full job description

Design and manage AEP XDM schemas, datasets, and data ingestion pipelines.Configure Real-Time CDP, profiles, identity namespaces, and identity graphs.Build and manage audiences, segmentation, activation, and personalization.Configure source connectors, APIs/SDKs, and real-time streaming ingestion.Manage AEP users, roles, permissions, sandboxes, and system health.Create test profiles for journey and message validation.Ensure data quality, governance, privacy, security, and compliance.Troubleshoot data ingestion, identity resolution, and performance issues.Integrate RTCDP with downstream marketing, analytics, and personalization platforms.Required Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and RTCDP.Strong knowledge of data modeling, ingestion, and transformation within AEP.Experience with identity resolution and audience segmentation in RTCDP.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL for data manipulation and integration.Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and streaming data ingestion tools.Preferred SkillsExperience with other CDPs or data platforms such as Snowflake, Salesforce CDP, or Segment.Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products like Adobe Analytics and Adobe Journey Optimizer.Understanding of privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
